The role
Healx is looking for an Associate Director of People ready to empower our incredible team of people at Healx to do their best work and support the company on its path toward delivering treatments to rare disease patients. You will bring a strong understanding of what great looks like, with the humility and curiosity to develop solutions that work for Healx. You will deliver exceptional people programmes and processes, shape our company culture, foster employee growth and development, refresh our people processes, and ensure a supportive and inclusive work environment for all.
You will partner closely and report to the Head of People, Tech and Operations to develop strategic plans and initiatives. With the support of our People Administrator you will ensure the healthy running of day-to-day people operations.

Our People operations including recruiting, onboarding and offboarding run like clockwork. Managers are providing top-class leadership support to their reports, through activities such as coaching and the development of personal development plans. Team members understand what they need to do to drive impact at Healx and reach the next level in their career. What we're looking for
You have experience at HR generalist/HR Business Partner level or leading HR in an early-stage startup, and you’re now looking for your next step up You are excited about taking on new challenges and responsibilities in a mission-driven startup. We'd love to hear from you if your experience and interest overlaps with this profile: You have experience working in fast-paced, dynamic companies, ideally in Tech or tech bio You are versatile, ready to partner strategically with execs alongside building and executing people operations solutions You are action-oriented, and comfortable operating in ambiguity You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are able to develop strong and productive relationships with people of all backgrounds and levels of seniority.
It’s a bonus if you have:
Experience maturing a company fast through the later stages of a scale-up. Strong coaching and learning and development experience.

The role
Healx is looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join the team to lead marketing and communications activities that tell our story and captivate our core external audiences.
This role will bring together strategic and operational responsibilities, including collaborating with the senior leadership team on communications strategy and execution, developing effective campaigns that communicate our vision and progress to a wide range of stakeholders, and managing the work of third-party agencies.
You will partner closely and report to the Associate Director, Business and Corporate Development to develop and deliver strategic marketing & communications plans. You’ll be closely collaborating with senior leadership and stakeholders across the company
You will know you are successful when
You are delivering marketing activities that are measurably increasing awareness of Healx’s work and offerings among key audiences Healx brand image and corporate messaging is clear and consistent across all external marketing channels, including our website, social media, press releases, thought leadership, speeches and other marketing materials Healx has an effective communications roadmap in place around key company milestones that position us as a significant AI Drug Discovery Tech Bio in the industry Healx are maximising the strength and impact of our third party agency relationships Healx’s social media accounts are posting regular, high quality content, with quick responses to in-bound enquiries. You are coordinating social campaigns that are driving audience engagement and brand visibility. Internal communication and Team Days events are providing clear and consistent messages to our team Healx’s website content is up-to-date, relevant, and engaging for our core audiences. You are working closely with teams across Healx to identify external communication opportunities to share the progress towards our mission.
What we're looking for
You have experience in creating and delivering marketing and communications projects and campaigns across various marketing channels, and you’re now looking for your next step up. We'd love to hear from you if your experience and interest overlaps with this profile: Hands-on and collaborative approach to marketing and communications Experience directly managing a communications/ marketing agency and know how to make the most of third-party providers Ability to work effectively with teams and individuals across the company and to influence and motivate at all levels to execute on plans Aptitude for strategic thinking - working from a specific challenge or goal towards the recommendation of an effective action plan Interest in biotech/ techbio and its impact of improving patient outcomes
It’s a bonus if you have:
A background in health-tech or life sciences Copywriting skills and experience with the ability to take complex, technical concepts and convey these in a way that makes sense to our audiences
